AHhhhhHHhh it's finally summer. What else comes to mind when you think of summer other than goal setting (totally not the pool, breaks, sun or anything else right?)
Well being a student, summer is the time where I can finally take a breath of fresh air and relax while also doing stuff other than academics for once.

Yesterday I sat down with my little journal that I picked up from TJ Maxx (I love that store by the way) and wrote down everything I wanted to get done in the next two weeks. In doing so, I realized how odd and somewhat ambitious my list was so I thought I'd share some of my goals for the Summer of 2017 with you guys as well!


I've heard that externalizing your goals makes it more likely that you'll attain them so please leave some of your summer goals down below! Or do you not have any? Why or why not?

A few years ago,  I gave myself a challenge: to start blogging. I've never been much of a writer but I've enjoyed giving other people my opinions and getting opinions back as well. I walked in kinda blind, expecting to be able to pump out a post every day, it wouldn't be that hard to tell people thing right? Boy was I wrong. Between taking photos and coming up with ideas, it was a struggle to even get out a post a week. By challenging myself to try and write a post a month (which I didn't quite do) I learned that I need a schedule to get things done. Also, this whole blogging things is so time intensive even if it is fun. I've definitely gained a greater respect for people who did this on the daily.
