Hey everyone I'm back with a mini Ulta haul. I absolutely love Ulta, honestly it's like one of my favorite stores. Not just because of their really good loyalty program ( you get cash off instead of crappy samples) and how they always have coupons but because they combine drugstore and high end products. Now when I go into Sephora, I always have to take pictures of my swatches to compare them to cheaper drugstore items to see if it's worth it. But in Ulta the products are all right there. The one downside is that Ulta doesn't have any of those salespeople who are really helpful like at Sephora (at least at my Ulta) so I have to get all my info online. Also Ulta has clearance sections which who doesn't love sales? Anyway I'm going to stop rambling and get on with the mini haul, emphasis on the mini.
The first thing I got was a new gel eyeliner from Rimmel. Just your standard run of the mill liner, however it does stay rather matte and black if you are looking for a liner that does that.
Next I got this bright red nail polish from OPI, it's a standard cherry tomato color maybe leaning towards a brick color, so nothing too special but I love OPI nail polish because of the durability and how fast it dries. It isn't the most opaque nail polish but it does provide high shine even without a top coat
Then I got another OPI nail polish in this very vampy purple. Very summer appropriate right ;) This nail polish gets
very dark, very fast, like if you put on three coats, it looks black. So I guess you can call it a multi color nail polish.
Lastly, I got this beautiful lilac grey color nail polish from Zoya. It really reminds me of the off white nail colors that are going around right now, but done with grey instead. It's a very muted color but it looks beautiful and applies like a dream, it is a matte shade and since I'm not the biggest fan of matte colors on my nails ( I don't think I can pull them off), I put a really shiny top coat on top and you wouldn't know that it was originally a matte shade.
Leave me a comment down below letting me know what you last bought!
Hey everyone, I'm back with an outfits of the week post, I hope you like it!

(Open Back Border Print Romper in xs) |
So, on Monday I wore this bright romper from Charlotte Russe. I thought it was bright and fun, to spruce up my Monday mornings. It has this beautiful indigo fabric and has designs in multiple colors. It's rather loose but it has a cinched waist, so you don't lose your figure. It has an open back, which I'm not a huge fan of, so I wore a lace bandeau with it. It doesn't heat you up really fast, letting air get through, I think it's made of cotton...
Tuesday
|
(Ann Taylor Flutter Sleeve Top)
So on Tuesday, I wore this beautiful delicate flutter sleeve top with a keyhole paired with a black pencil skirt. I tucked the shirt into the pencil skirt, for a more defined figure. The blouse gives off a beautiful, classy look due to the pleating and satin material. One downside of this top is that the keyhole is very low.
Wednesday |
On Wednesday, I took a more relaxed approach to my outfit. I wore a plain black tee-shirt from H and M, with a printed aztec skirt. I wore a pair of turquoise earrings with a gold bracelet.
Thursday
|
(Ann Taylor Blouse) |
|
(Denim High Waisted Shorts) |

(Moda International) |
On Thursday, I wore this beautiful delicate white blouse with a light blue floral print and ruffles down the front, tucked into these light blue high waisted shorts from Moda International. I paired this outfit with a pair of light blue wedges.
Friday
On Friday, I wore this light black and white striped dress with a skater dress figure. The stripes are designed to block the stripes to create a flattering figure. The pleats in the skirt are neat and even. I wore a black waist belt to break it up a little more.
Well that's all that I've got today, So have a good day!

Hey everyone, I'm back with a new kind of post.
So, a while back I received this shadow stick in an Influenster VoxBox and I was super super excited. I happen to love the Clinique shadow sticks and I heard that these were a dupe and well who doesn't like saving money.

(NYC Shadow Stick in Tribeca Taupe) |
It looked like this beautiful warm bronze color in the tube. When I swatched it, it was far from warm. It ended up being a cool grey taupe hybrid color. I'm sure plenty of people would love this color but I don't tend to like any shadows that are cool toned. This shadow stick has a very creamy, smooth and pigmented application but again the downside for me was the color. However, when I played around with it, I realized an amazing way to use the stick, as a contouring pencil! It provides a beautiful natural looking contour due to the greyish hue to the stick, perfect for beginners. That's all I've got for today so until next time byeee!
